~Harry Sherman Boyle, age 97, a 20-year resident of Bullhead City, Ariz., passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2013. He was born on October 12, 1916 in Chicago, Ill.
~Harry was in the U.S. Army from 1942 - 1945 and was part of the Normandy Invasion - Utah Beach, 535th AAA Weapons Batallion. He received the American Campaign Medal/ European African Middle Eastern Campaign Medal, Good Conduct Medal/Victory Medal/Bronze Service Arrowhead. He was an active member in Elks, Moose, and the V.F.W. Harry was Captain of the 9 Ball Pool League for the Roadhouse Rebels until 2002, Bullhead City, Ariz.
~Harry was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Evelyn Boyle in 1996.
~He is survived by his daughter, Peglen (Gordon) Ryther; grandchildren, Jim (Tami), Joey, Scott, Kenny (Kathy), Clint, and Teresa; great-grandchildren, Jimmy, Jill, Beverly (Mike), Erin, Brook, Troy, Justin, Lauren, Madison, Kenny, Sydney, Brandon and Haley; great-great-grandchildren, Dorothy, Moriah, Taylen, Richie, Haley, Evan, Abel, Jimmy and Johnny.
~A memorial service will be held in Boulder City, Nevada at the VA cemetery.
