Paul Everett Rothlisberger, 88, died Oct. 15, 2013, at his home surrounded by his family in St. Johns. He was born Nov. 10, 1924, to Edward and Luella Rothlisberger in St. Johns.
Paul served in the Army from Aug. 26, 1944, to July 11, 1946, in the Rhineland Central Europe Campaign. He was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many callings.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Theodora Wilkins Rothlisberger; children: John (Teri), Nolan, Kip (Wendy), Paula (Brad Clayton deceased), Roger (Dodie), Todd (Lori), Royce (Ranelle) and Thong Dang (Phuong), 30 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews who love him dearly.
He was preceded in death by his parents, six sisters, one brother and infant daughter Sandra.
His greatest joy came from serving his family and others. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Funeral services will be held beginning at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, at the LDS Stake Center in St. Johns. A viewing will begin at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at the St. Johns Cemetery.
