Patrick Flynn died at the Mercy Hospital at 12 o'clock the night of
April 13, 1905, of tuberculosis. He was 22 years of age and a
native of Ireland.
He was well known in base ball circles and belonged at one time to
some of the best league clubs in the east. He came here a few weeks
ago from Rochester, N.Y., hoping that a change of climate would
prove beneficial to his health.
He was a very gentlemanly man and made many friends during his short
residence here.
His brother has been telegraphed to at Rochester, N.Y., as to
funeral arrangements.

Patrick Flynn, aged about 25, died early Friday morning at Mercy
hospital as the result of lung trouble.
Flynn was well known here and in Phoenix where he played baseball.
Recently he suffered a severe hemorrhage, and since that time he has
been at the hospital. Though his condition was serious his death
came as a surprise.
The remains are being prepared for shipment by H. M. Maus & Co.
Yesterday that firm received a telegram from Parker Murphy, of
Rochester, New York, inquiring as to the expense of shipping the
remains. Flynn's home was in Rochester. No funeral arrangements
