Ramona (Ronnie) Irene Breeden, 84, of Talbott, Tenn., passed away peacefully Sunday, Sept. 15, 2013.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, William S. Breeden Jr.
She is survived by daughters Michelle Scarborough, Merralee Burr and Sharon Breeden; sons William S. Breeden III, Mark Breeden and Dale Breeden; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two brothers, Ed and Paul Vantine; four nephews; and two nieces.
Ronnie was born in Hartford, Conn., and raised in Boston, Mass. After graduating from Brookline High in Boston, Mass., she began an adventure of traveling across the U.S., eventually making San Diego, Calif. her home. In the early 1950s, she met and married Bill, her husband of 45 years. They raised their six children in Poway, Calif.
In the late 1970s, Ronnie and Bill moved to Prescott, Ariz. In 2007, Ronnie moved to Talbott, Tenn., where she lived out her life.
Ronnie so enjoyed singing, dancing, cooking, gardening, sewing, crocheting, reading and playing games. She supported the USO and the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 541 of Prescott.
Ronnie was a kind and loving woman who had two loves in her life - her family and music.
Her voice was her gift and she shared it with many. Her love for her family and friends was immeasurable. She will be missed by many but none more than her family.

Memorial funeral service will be noon Oct. 26, 2013, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church with the Rev. Dan Whitman officiating. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until noon prior to the service at the church.
