HERSH, Jeremiah (Jer) Zion


The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Thursday, October 31, 2013 Jeremiah "Jer" Zion Hersh died Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2013, in Chino Valley, Ariz. He was 13 years of age. Jeremiah was born May 25, 2000, in Tolleson, Ariz., to Israel and Lareina Hersh. He lived in Chino Valley with his parents and five siblings, Julianna, Jazmyne, Jacoby, Joseph and Jessa. He was a seventh-grader at Mountain Oak School in Prescott. He is survived by his parents, Israel and Lareina Hersh; three siblings, Jazmyne, Jacoby and Joseph; as well as grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins and extended family. A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 2, 2013, at Lifepointe Church in Prescott Valley, Ariz. All guests are welcome. There will be a graveside ceremony at 1:30 p.m. in the Arizona Pioneers Home Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Hersh Family Memorial Fund by contacting either Mountain Oak School, or Lifepointe Church.
