LEWIS, Gary Steven

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 11/01/2013 Gary Steven Lewis, 60, of Lakeside (formerly of Phoenix) died Oct. 22, 2013. He was born Sept. 14, 1953, in Phoenix. Gary worked as an electrician and welder in the Phoenix area until relocating to the White Mountains in 1998. He is survived by his son, Sam M. Lewis; daughter Kate L. Rider; mother Pearl L. Grapentine; and three grandchildren of the Phoenix area. He is also survived by his brothers “Chuck” (Sherrie) Lewis in Concho and Donn Lewis in Phoenix, plus many nieces and nephews. A celebration of Gary’s life will be held in the spring at a location and date to be announced. Condolences may be e-mailed to the family at calsdl@yahoo.com. Manzanita Mortuary handled arrangements.
