MOORE, Pamela A. (Pam)

The Verde Independent, Cottonwood, Arizona Thursday, October 31, 2013 1962-2013 Pamela A. Moore, 51, of Cottonwood, AZ, formerly from VT, passed away on October 14, 2013, following a lengthy battle with breast cancer. Pam was born in Boston, MA, on Jan. 11, 1962, moving to VT the following year. She attended Whitingham School in Whitingham, VT, graduating in 1979. She lived in several Southern VT towns before moving to AZ, where she worked for Nurses Network in Sedona. Pam was predeceased by her father, Fred Moore, on Nov. 21, 1967, as well as her brother Jeffrey Moore on Apr. 23, 1995, and is survived by her mother and stepfather, Esther and Harold Carmody of Camp Verde, AZ; brother Greg Moore of CA.; brother's Doug and Gordon Moore, of VT.; sister Linda Bolt of Sedona, AZ.; sister Brenda Washburn of VT; brother Fred Moore JR of CT; as well as many nieces, nephews, and their children.
