Brenda Glendenning O'Dair, 45, of Bellingham, Washington passed away on July 6, 2006. She was born in Louisville, Kentucky on April 1, 1961. She moved to the Phoenix area with her family in 1972 and attended Phoenix Christian High School. She married in 1978 and gave birth to her only child in 1979. She and her family relocated to Bellingham in 2000. Brenda was intelligent, witty, a talented artist and a beautiful woman with a megawatt smile. She was extravagant with the love she gave to her family and friends. Even when her circumstances were humble and she was in pain, she was always generous with gifts and notes of encouragement to others. After some difficult years, her life's end was marked by joy in the midst of suffering, a return to her Christian faith and loving, peaceful relationships with all her friends and family. She is survived by her son Chaz Glendenning, parents Herb and Thelma Glendenning, sister Rebecca Glendenning Cain, brother-in-law Terry Cain, and nephew Jonathan Cain, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A memorial service was held at the Chapel at Green Acres Mortuary, at 401 North Hayden Road, Scottsdale, Arizona. The Arizona Republic from 7/12/2006 - 7/16/2006.
