KUMMET, Leo (Bud)

Leo (Bud) Kummet, 80, of Phoenix, Arizona, died on March 29, 2006. He was a retired veteran of the US Navy in WWII and the Minnesota Army National Guard. He is survived by Lois, his wife of 55 years, four children, Tom (Jan) of Phoenix , Wanda (Jim) of Tucson, Paula (Gary) of Phoenix, Carol of Seattle, Washington, eight grandchildren and sister Cleon VanderVennet of Moline, Illinois. He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters and grandson Jeffrey. Visitation, Rosary and Mass were at St Joseph's Catholic Church 11001 N 40th St, Phoenix. Burial at the National Memorial Cemetery of AZ. Shadow Mountain Mortuary. Published in The Arizona Republic from 4/2/2006 - 4/4/2006.
