She was born on September 20, 1942 in Hughes, Arkansas. Ila was a retired loving wife and Mother that enjoyed gardening, shooting, reading and old western movies. She was a member of the Southern Baptist Church. Ila was preceded in death by; father - William Haley, mother - Lucille Haley and Sisters - Bonnie Most and Vicki Jones. She is survived by; husband - Michael Pennington, Daughters - Victoria Girard, Stephanie Girard, Mellisa Pennington and Melissa Pennington, son - Stephan Girard, brother - Bill Haley and sister - Ann Howard. A private lakeside service will be held for family and close friends.
