The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 11-08-2013 Erland R. Nielsen, 96, died Oct. 26, 2013, in Lakeside. He was born July 27, 1917, in Omaha, Neb. Erland worked as a stereotyper for the San Jose Mercury News. He was preceded in death his son, Mickey A Nielsen, and wives: May M. Knowles Nielsen and Blanche A. McPherson Nielsen. Erland is survived by Ricci Nielsen, Eileen Nielsen Cole, Mara Killingsworth and Brian Knowles. Black’s Show Low Mortuary handled arrangements.
