Kathleen Ann Moreno, 58, died suddenly Oct. 19, 2013, at her home in Pinetop. She was born March 17, 1955, to Bud and Marilyn Gray in Lancaster, Pa.
A very compassionate and outgoing person, Kathleen loved children. Her passion was helping children develop, both physically and mentally, with her countless hours of volunteer work at the local schools and with the Head Start program.
She is survived by her husband, Gilbert Moreno of Pinetop; daughter Stacey Gray of Woodruff; sons: Jesse Moreno of Seattle, Wash., and Jordan Zetterlund of Seattle; granddaughters: Cherise and Tabitha Castillo; sister Elaine Gray of Santa Cruz, Calif.; brothers: Dick Gray of Phoenix, David Gray of Phoenix and Michael Gray of California.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
