MOORE, John (Jack)

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 11-12-2013 John “Jack” Moore, 61, died Nov. 7, 2013, in Tucson from a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease. Jack was a man of many trades, but spent a majority of his life as a mason and owner of a trucking company. Jack will be most remembered by his many years of dirt track racing, his smile and contagious laugh. Because of his kind and gentle spirit, Jack will be missed by many near and far. He was preceded in death by his father, Lloyd, and sister Sue. He was survived by his wife, Karen; daughters Jodie, Laurie and Robin; three grandchildren; and his sisters Mary and Kathy, along with his mom Clara. His memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, at Marana Mortuary and Cemetery, 12146 W. Barnett Road in Marana.
