MACIEJEWSKI, Evelyn E.

Evelyn E. Maciejewski, 81, of Phoenix, passed away on September 14, 2006. 

Visitation was at Paradise Sunset Chapel, 3934 E. Indian School Road.  
Funeral Mass was Tuesday, September 19, 2006 at St. Theresa Parish, 5045 E. Thomas Rd. 

She was preceeded in death by her husband, Melvin, survived by her sister Helen Para, son Clifford and daughter-in-law Debbie, and grandson Michael.
