She was born June 9, 1985 in Norfolk VA. Service: 2:00 pm on Thursday, November 14, 2013 at St. Luke's Episcopal Church 2000 Shepherd's Lane Prescott AZ 86301. ~~~~~ The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Tuesday, November 12, 2013 Tiffany Lynne (Neel) Brown, 28, was born in Norfolk, Va. on June 9, 1985. Tiffany (better known as Lynne) died quietly in her sleep and went to be with her Heavenly Father Nov. 5, 2013. She lived most of her life in Prescott. Tiffany developed severe epilepsy when she was 12 years old. As she grew older, her seizures became more severe and more frequent. She had repeated falls during the seizures, injuring her shoulder. She had surgery and physical therapy but still suffered with severe pain. Even with these insurmountable problems, plus a failed marriage and ongoing multiple seizures, she finished high school and was pursuing a degree in Interior Design, scoring A's and B's, plus raising two beautiful children. She is survived by her two adorable children, Kaci and Aiden; her parents, Kimberley and Mark Neel; grandparents, Gilbert and Joan Hedger, Ruby MacKenzie and Bill Neel. She left us with a remembrance of her courage and her smile. She touched the lives of many people, she will be deeply missed. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14, 2013 at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, 2000 Shepherd's Lane, Prescott, Ariz. Arrangements by Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home.
