WELLE, Joseph (Joe)

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Saturday, November 09, 2013 Joseph "Joe" Welle Joe Welle of Prescott Valley, Ariz., was called home by our Lord on July 21, 2013. He passed away at home surrounded by his family, Veronica and stepdaughter Christa, after battling a long illness. He was born in Moorhead, Minn., on July 9, 1956. He moved to Prescott Valley in 1974, attended and graduated from Prescott High School. He had a passion for cooking and wanted to open a restaurant in Prescott Valley. He is survived by his son Craig; daughter Sonja; two grandchildren; brother Don (Jo Anne) Welle; sister Shirley (Mark) Schwartz; brother Art (Delores) Welle; brother David (Vicki) Welle; sister Mary (Jim) Cortelyou; brother Tom (Margaret) Welle; as well as many nieces and nephews. He had many friends and will be missed by all. We love you, Joe. God Bless. Information provided by survivors.
