GREATHOUSE, Brent


Brent Greathouse, 42, passed away March 3, 2004 in Phoenix, Arizona. Brent fought a long hard courageous battle with a severe form of Parkinson's. Although the disease took everything physically possible from him, he always managed to keep his sense of humor and positive attitude. A native of Arizona, Brent was a 1980 graduate of Alhambra High School. He went on to earn a degree in electronics and pursued a career in the medical field as a life support bio-medical engineer. Brent worked with his brother Lance and close friend Tom Jervinsky for 16 years repairing life support equipment throughout hospitals in the southwest. Brent is most remembered for his love of the desert, riding quads, camping, building custom cars and toys. He will be remembered as a loving & devoted father, son, brother, and uncle. He is survived by his son (Clay - the love of his life), mother (Judith), father (Jim), brother (Lance), sister-in-law (Janis), nephews (Alex & Bryce), fiancee (Shamya Sanders), aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, all of whom were very much involved in his life. Memorial services were held at Lundberg Mortuary White Rose Chapel, 5310 West Northern Avenue, Glendale, AZ. Graveside services at Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6290 West Northern Avenue, Glendale, AZ.
