Greer’s Mortuary of Winslow, Winslow, Arizona Lee Begay May 15, 1926 - November 11, 2013 Lee was born in Salina Springs, AZ on May 15, 1926 and entered into rest on Nov. 11, 2013 in Winslow, AZ. Lee was a Navajo Code Talker in WWII. He is survived by his sons; Leroy Begay, Roy Lee Begay, Lester Lee Begay, Dempsey Lee Begay; daughters Elsie Hadley Yoyokie, Rose Ann Begay and Bertha Ann Clem. Preceded in death by son Bill Hadley Begay. Graveside Service for Lee Hadley Begay, 87, will held at the Oak Spring family plot in Low Mountain, AZ at 1:00 PM on Thurs. Nov. 14th 2013.
