JAMES A DICK
March 22, 1895 ~ April 1974

James Albert Dick died at his home in the Butcherville area of Clarkdale Monday at 2:30 a.m. He was 79.  

Dick and his wife retired to Clarkdale in 1966.  He was a retired miner.

Born Mar. 22, 1895 in Walsenberg, Colo., he is survived by his wife May; one son, Jim Dick of Long Beach, Calif., two step-daughters, Dorothy Ewing of Cottonwood, and Doris Baird of Las Vegas, Nev,; three step sons, Paul Carlson of Phoenix, Charles Black of Las Vegas and George Black, Phoenix and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

The Rev. Ronald Faux will officate at services at 2 p.m. today ( Thursday) at the Westcott Funeral Home in Cottonwood.  Cremation will follow.
