Vining Funeral Home, Safford, Arizona Aurora Pacheco July 10, 1930 - November 25, 2013 Aurora was born July 10, 1930, in Nacozari, Sonora, Mexico, the daughter of Guadalupe and Ernesto Casillas. She immigrated and relocated to Clifton in 1981. As a young girl, Aurora, moved to Chihuahua, Mexico where she met Isidro Pacheco. They were later married in 1949. Together they raised thirteen beautiful children, Miguel, Maria, Margarita, Armando, Regelio, Ernesto, Jose Isidro, Dolores, Jose Angel, Veronica, Rafael, Myrna Alicia and Gilberto. Throughout her lifetime Aurora provided temporally and spiritually for her family. She enjoyed providing food and meals to family and friends alike, she was known for her homemade bread, tortillas and tamales. Aurora also made cheese (asaderos) from fresh milk. Aurora appreciated the opportunity to reside in Clifton and could often be found tending to her garden and gathering acorns and piƱons. When the weather was pleasant, she delighted in a picnic with her children and grandchildren. Aurora was an active parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Parish in Clifton. Aurora leaves to mourn: her children; thirty-three grandchildren; thirty-six great-granchildren; five siblings, Francisco Casillas, Consuelo Casillas, Ramon Casillas, Eva Ilmas and Dolores Velasquez. Aurora was predeceased by: her husband, Isidro; two sons, Armando and Jose; her mother and father, Guadalupe and Ernesto Casillas; and three siblings, Guadalupe Casillas, Ernesto Casillas and Jesus Manuel Casillas.
