Arizona Daily Journal Miner, Prescott, Arizona Territory Tuesday, May 12, 1908, page 1, col. 2 PAY LAST TRIBUTE TO DEAD GIRL’S MEMORY The remains of Miss Frankie Taylor, who succumbed Sunday morning at two o’clock to a virulent attack of appendicitis at her parents’ home in Poland, were laid to rest yesterday afternoon at five o’clock in the Citizens’ cemetery. -------------------------------- Pay Last Tribute To Dear Girl's Memory (From Tuesday's Daily) The remains of Miss Frankie Taylor, who succumbed Sunday morning at 2 o'clock to a virulent attack of appendicitis at her parents' home in Poland, were laid to rest yesterday afternoon at five o'clock in the Citizens cemetery. The funeral was held from the chapel of the Ruffner undertaking establishment. Rev. Wheatley, of the Marina street Methodist church officiated. Deceased was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph F. Taylor, highly respected residents of Poland. Besides her parents, she leaves surviving three sisters, the Misses Josie, Viola and Annie, and two brothers, Anthony and Joseph. A large number of residents attended the funeral, attesting to the esteem in which deceased and her parents, brothers and sisters are held in Poland, and the Big Bug district, which has been their home for many years. Among those from Poland and vicinity present at the funeral were Deputy Sheriff Wiley Woodruff, Frank Bliss, Roy Sheets, Areale Cooley and the Misses, Lulu Myers and Babe Kennedy.
