Vining Funeral Home, Safford, Arizona Eleonora Maria Laney February 17, 1929 - November 17, 2013 Mass of Christian Burial for Eleonora Maria (Sircy) Laney, age 84, of Silver City, New Mexico and formerly of Safford will be celebrated Friday, November 22, 2013, at 11:00 a.m., at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church by Rev. Robert Rodriguez. Committal will follow in the Safford Cemetery. Eleonora entered into eternal rest Sunday evening, November 17, 2013, in Silver City, New Mexico. A rosary will be prayed Friday morning, November 22, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church by Rev. Robert Rodriguez. Family will receive friends Friday morning, November 22, 2013, from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church. Eleonora leaves to mourn: her three children, Alton R. Sircy (Elizabeth), Katherine L. Miller (Douglas) and Craig E. Sircy (Kathy); her six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Eleonora was preceded in death by: her parents, George Groll and Katharina Klessinger; by her two husbands, William E. Sircy and Vere Laney.
