Arizona Daily Journal Miner, Prescott, Arizona Territory Saturday, November 11, 1905 Harry Gallagher, generally known as Harry Hill, dropped dead in the bar room of the Palace hotel last evening about 10:45 o’clock of heart trouble. The remains were taken to the F. F. Nevin undertaking parlors from whence the funeral will be held. Interment was had in the citizens’ cemetery. ----------------------------------- Arizona Weekly Miner, Prescott, Arizona Territory Thursday, November 15, 1915, page 2, col. 4 Death's Summons Came Without Warning Harry Gallagher Drops Dead Early Last Evening Deceased Was Formerly A Porter At The Burke (From Saturday's Daily) Harry Gallagher, generally known as Harry Hill, dropped dead in the bar room of the Palace hotel last evening about 10:45 o'clock of heart trouble. Medical attention was immediately summoned, but the physician who answered the call pronounced him beyond all human aid as soon as he examined him. A coroner's inquest was then held, which returned a verdict in accordance with the facts above stated. The deceased was employed as porter at the Burke hotel up to the 4th of this month, when he resigned his position there. He was a native of Donegal, Ireland, about 41 years of age, and was held in high esteem by many acquaintances here who regret his untimely end. The remains were taken to the F. F. Nevin undertaking parlors from whence the funeral will be held.
