Dorothy Ethel (Dey) Richardson, 88, passed away at home in Prescott, Ariz., on Friday, Oct. 25, 2013.
Born July 7, 1925, to Howard and Ethel Dey of Trenton, N.J., she graduated from Hamilton High West, married her high school sweetheart and raised their five children in the old Forest Valley section of Hamilton.
Dorothy and husband Bob retired to Vero Beach, Fla., where they lived for nearly 20 years. In 2004, they moved to Prescott, Ariz., to be near their youngest daughter.
Dorothy was predeceased by her husband Robert Frank; sister Shirley Kirchner; and brothers Charles and William Dey. Her last living brother, Ken Dey, resides in Florida.
She is survived by daughters Devah Brinker of Bordentown, N.J., Jan Pfleiderer of Ithaca, N.Y., Shirley Ruiz of Dover, Del., and Karuna Fedorschak of Prescott; son Robert C. Richardson of Louisville, Colo.; as well as nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service is planned for April 12, 2014, in New Jersey.
