SMITH, Ronald Stuart

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Sunday, December 08, 2013 Ronald Stuart Smith, 81, passed away Dec. 3, 2013, peacefully at home. He was born in Bluefield, W.Va., in 1932 to Reginald and Frances Smith. He graduated from St. Albans High School in West Virginia. He served in North Korea with the Air Force. Ron attended Marshall College, UCLA, and graduated from Pepperdine School of Law with a juris doctor degree. He leaves his wife of 52 years, Sharon; one son, Stuart (Amy), and grandson Austin; one daughter, Tracy Shubin, (Brent), and grandchildren Andrew and Bethany; and his sister, Alice Hawkins, of Richmond, Va. A celebration of life will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Dec. 10, 2013, at the Prescott Country Club in Dewey. Arrangements entrusted to Heritage Memory Mortuary. Information provided by survivors.
