Jack Lee McClain Sr. passed away at his residence Dec. 8, 2013. He was born March 7, 1946 in Williams, Ariz., the son of the late James Claude and Helen (Clark) McClain.

He married the former Patricia A. Swope on Oct. 30, 1965 in Las Vegas, Nev. Jack was a U.S. Marine Corp Veteran during the Viet Nam War. He worked 30 years as a heavy equipment mechanic in the Gold Mines, retiring from there.

Jack is survived by his wife Patricia A. (Swope) McClain; sons, Jack L. (Dulcy) McClain Jr. of Winnemucca, Nev. and James A. (Beth) McClain of Portland, Ore.; also surviving are four grandchildren.

There will be no services. Arrangements have been entrusted to Sunrise Funeral Home and Crematory. Online condolences may be offered at www.sunrisefuneralhome.com.
