Carrie Fodera Budd, 75

Former area resident, Carrie Fodera Budd, passed away on Nov. 29, 2013 at the age of 75 at Hospice of the Valley surrounded by her loving family.

Carrie leaves behind her husband, Robert Budd; father, Gene Bocardo; sisters, Vera Theissen, Olivia Bocardo and Mitzi Rogers; brothers, Ignacio Bocardo, Geno Bocardo and Richard Bocardo; daughters, Kim Hales of Virginia, JoAnn Heisler (Jay) and Karen Geffre (Mark); three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and many loving cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Carrie was preceded in death by her mother, Artemiza Bocardo; granddaughter, Korie Bejarano; brother, Mark Bocardo; nephew, Stephen Theissen; and grandson, Michael Gilliland.

A celebration of her life will be held on Dec. 14, 2013 in the Valley.
