STEARNS, Thomas (Tom)

Thomas "Tom" Stearns, age 38, passed away on April 11, 2004. 

Tom was born and raised in Phoenix and is survived by his son Kyle Stearns, parents Don & Ann Stearns, Marcie & Fred Brooks. One sister Nancy Stearns, and three Brothers: Scott and Darin Stearns and Josh Brooks, His grandparents Lloyd & Margaret Stearns and Grandmother Betty, Nephew Cody, Nieces Camber, Jaclyn, Hayley and Kennedy, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. 

Funeral Services were held at the Phoenix Memorial Mortuary Chapel, 200 W. Beardsley Rd., Phoenix, Arizona.
