BOLIN, Gregory Leighton

Gregory Leighton Bolin, 46, of Scottsdale, AZ, died on April 23, 2004, after a courageous battle with cancer. Greg is survived by his wife, Barbara, his three children, Krista, Matt and Scott, mother and step-father Carol and Jay Morrison, father and step-mother Ron and Betty Bolin of Tucson, sister Kim Mullen, brother Jeff Bolin, grandparents Gladys Leighton, and Ralph and Martha Bolin of Sidney, OH, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Greg will be remembered as a loving husband, father, son and grandson and will live in our hearts forever. Golf was his passion. He was a member of the P.G.A. and most recently Campus Director of the The Golf Academy of Arizona. His quick wit and sense of humor was enjoyed by many and will be missed by all who knew him. A memorial mass was held on Tuesday, April 27, 2004 at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 16245 N. 60th St., Scottsdale. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Bolin Children's Education Fund at any Wells Fargo Bank, or to Hospice of the Valley. Published in the Arizona Republic on 4/27/2004.
