Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Posted: Sunday, November 10, 2013 - Rosanne Eleanor Raynes, of Lake Havasu City, died Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2013 at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas. She was 76. Rosanne was born Feb. 22, 1937, in Boston, Mass., to Edson R. and Elsie D. Mandigo. She was married to William C. Raynes, Dec. 22, 1956, and later attended the Massachusetts General Hospital School of Nursing in Boston, graduating in 1958. She worked as a Registered Nurse at Massachusetts General Hospital until she moved with her family to Lake Havasu City in 1975. A longtime resident of Lake Havasu City, she worked as a registered nurse at Havasu Regional Medical Center for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, William C. Raynes Sr., who died Feb. 10, 1993. She is survived by her daughters and their husbands, Laura and Jeff Collins, of Lake Havasu City, and Leslie and Robert Kuerner, of Lake Havasu City; her son and his wife, William and Deanne Raynes of Montclair, Va.; her brother, Alfred Mandigo of Lake Havasu City; six grandsons; two great grandsons; and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will take place at Lake Havasu Baptist Church, 2101 N. Palo Verde Blvd., Saturday, Nov. 16 11 a.m. A celebration of her life will follow.
