Kingman Daily Miner, Kingman, AZ - Published on November 19, 2013 - Roger J. Loftin, 49, of Meadview passed away on Oct. 27, 2013 in his home. Roger was born Aug. 31, 1964 in Colorado Springs, Colo. He came to Meadview from Spokane, Wash. He is survived by his mother, Edwina J. Lowe of Meadview; brothers Jeremy L. Chester of Monument, Colo., and Roy L. Loftin of Independence, Mo.; and sisters Stacie S. Macon of Meadview and Lisa Ericson. The memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Dec. 14 at the Meadview Music Hall, 26385 N. Pear Ave.
