Leonora Christina Morrell passed away Dec. 10, 2013 in Lake Havasu City, at the age of 72 with her soul mate, Richard Schaal; and close friend, Karen Krakhofer; and her beloved pets by her side. A special thanks to Hospice of Havasu for all their support as well as Dr. Israel and the staff at the cancer center. She was born Aug. 28, 1941 in Wayne, N.J. to William James and Mildred Marie Quinn.
Leonora was self-employed as a paralegal and had made Arizona her home for the last 17 years. She was a member of the Elks, Eagles and Moose and the Vagabonds RV. She enjoyed driving the Seniors Bus and giving back to the community.
Leonora is survived by her brother, William Quinn, of Albuquerque, N.M.
A Memorial service will take place at Mount Olive Lutheran Church, Saturday, Jan. 11, 2014 at 1 p.m. with Pastor Jim Price offering words of comfort. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Hospice of Havasu.
