HASTINGS, Floyd Edward (Duke)

Kingman Daily Miner, Kingman, AZ - Published on December 15, 2013 - Floyd Edward "Duke" Hastings, 62, of Kingman died on Nov. 18, 2013 in his daughter's home in Kingman. He was born July 1, 1951, in Kingman to Floyd and Mary Ann Hastings. Survivors include daughters Sheree Liberto of Kingman and Debra Christensen of South Jordan, Utah; two granddaughters, Savannah Liberto and Sydney Curtis; three grandsons, Justin Basinger, Chandler Curtis and Shawn Christensen; two sisters, Donna and Elizabeth Hastings; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Duke's mother, father, and brother, Jesse L. Hastings, preceded him in death. Duke loved his family unconditionally. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved to hunt and fish. He was an excellent marksman. He had a great sense of humor and told the best stories. He laughed easily and often. Duke liked to tease everyone. He was loved by everyone who knew him. We loved him dearly and will always miss him. A memorial service will be held in Kingman in March 2014
