The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona September 08, 2013 DeLeon, Ynfra 80 years, passed away peacefully at home on August 29th, 2013. Born in Jerome, Arizona, she is predeceased by her father Bartolo, mother Viviana and husband of 50 years Arturo Jose. Ynfra is survived by her daughters, Barbara (Jim), Teresa, Cynthia (Chuck), Helen (Mike), Alicia (Matt); her granddaughters, Jessica, Sheila and Monica; her grandsons, Arnold, Andrew, Kyle, Kevin, Ian and great granddaughter, Avrie. Ynfra retired from Motorola after 20 years and enjoyed spending her leisure time in Pinewood where she and her husband, Arturo, enjoyed a second home. She loved to play her music loudly, to sing and to dance. She had a fun loving spirit; loved to be silly, to laugh and to make others laugh. Her favorite hobby and past time was finding little treasures and trinkets at garage sales and thrift stores. She also loved watching football, baseball, basketball and especially boxing. She loved sharing her wisdom, as well as mischievous, exciting and sometimes scary childhood memories and adventures with her grandchildren from the time they were at her knee and even into adulthood. Ynfra shared the last several years enjoying her life in the company of her loving friend and companion, Gilbert Cardenas. Our Mother was a very special person and we will all miss her dearly. May she be reunited with her loved ones in heaven and find a special place wrapped in the arms of Christ our Lord, forever. Celebrate her Life with us on Friday September 13, 2013, 11:00 A.M. at West Resthaven Funeral Home 6450 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale, with a reception to follow at the funeral home.
