Harold Lyman Pierce, age 63, a 24-year resident of Bullhead City, Ariz. passed away suddenly in Bullhead City on Wednesday, December 18, 2013. He was born in Victorville, Calif. on July 6, 1950 to Harold H. and Dorothy Pierce.
Harold lived most of his life in Southern Calif. where he graduated High School until he joined the Army in 1968. He spent most of his military years in Germany where he met and married his wife of 41 years. He retired from the Army in 1989 and made his home in Bullhead City. Harold then went to work for Frontier Communications, where he again retired in 2006.
Harold was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish. Over the years, Harold has made many friends, all of whom will dearly miss him.
Harold is preceded in death by his parents, Harold H. and Dorothy Pierce and his loving wife Edith.
He is survived by his son, Patrick (Brandy) Pierce, daughter, Nancy Pierce; brothers, Don Pierce, Jim (Anne) Pierce, and Sonny (Aldeen) Lanning; three grandchildren; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Harold's family would like to extend thanks to all his friends he met over the many years of his life for bringing him such joy, zest and happiness.
A celebration of life will be held privately.
