BENNINGHOFF, Richard (Benny)

Richard (Benny) Benninghoff, 80, of Glendale, entered eternal life Friday, April 9, 2004. He was born November 11, 1923 in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Richard is survived by his wife of 58 years La Belle, son Bill, and daughters Sandy Merz, Beverly Warner, Jeni Doran, Joann and Lori, 12 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. He served in the US Navy during World War II in the South Pacific. A celebration of Richard's life was held Tuesday, April 13, 2004 at the family's home in Glendale. Published in the Arizona Republic on 4/13/2004.
