Nancy Suzanne Boardman, 49 of Phoenix passed away Sunday, April 4, 2004. She was born November 7, 1955 in Rye, New York. She was an artist, crafting handmade stained glass boats and owned her own gallery, "Billingsgate Glass", in Welfleet, Massachusetts before moving to Arizona. She was an animal lover and avid swimmer. She was a caring mother and will be dearly missed by all who were touched by her life. Survivors include her daughters, Kimberly T. Boardman and Meredith P. Boardman of Scottsdale, and her three brothers, George Q. Retz of Lake Oswego, Oregon, Charles B. Retz of New Canaan, Connecticut, and James P. Retz of East Hampton, New York.
