PALMER, Rebecca Ann

(Maiden Name: Oberg)

Rebecca Ann Oberg Palmer passed away on October 9th, 2006. She was unexpectedly taken from family and friends, and has arrived in her place of eternal happiness. Rebecca was 47 years young. Rebecca was born in Ogden, Utah to Byron Sr. and Evelyn Oberg on July 25th, 1959. She graduated Davis High School in 1977 and attended Weber State University. She loved modeling under McCarty and Ford agencies where she could feel alive on the run way. She married Kenneth F. Palmer, Jr. on December 14th, 1984. She resided between Utah and Arizona. Rebecca loved golf, skiing, traveling, animals, the outdoors, flowers, but mostly taking care of everyone around her. To anyone who knew "Becky" she will be remembered by them as a person with great affection and a truly giving personality. Everyone will take their unique opportunity and time spent with Becky as a positive, loving experience that will never be forgotten. Rebecca was a person that touched us all and will be remembered most by the people she left to fulfill her amazing spirit to live on. She has passed the torch of life to the people she loved most: husband, Kenneth F. Palmer, Jr., sons, Brent and Kenny, parents, Byron Sr. and Evelyn, sister, Patricia Udall, brother, Byron Jr., nieces and nephews, but most importantly, anyone who had the opportunity to meet such a vivacious, high-spirited individual. If you ever had the chance to see her, you will always remember her incredible laugh, quirky sense of humor, and her gorgeous ear-to-ear smile. While with us only a short time, Rebecca lived to the fullest. She will be rejoined to family recently missed, Clarance and Rhea Oberg, Alvin and Eanone Robbins, and Haynes Oberg. Funeral services at Myers Mortuary, 250 North Fairfield Road, Layton. Interment will be at Kaysville City Cemetery. To the World you may be one person but to us you are the World.
