WHITE, Carl Brooks

Carl Brooks White died Nov. 26, 2013, surrounded by his loving family. He was born June 4, 1928, in Lepanto, Ark.

After marrying Patti in 1947, Carl served in the U.S. Navy. He worked for AZ Machinery and eventually started his own business; Burris-White Machinery Co. Carl enjoyed collecting, buying and selling antiques, vehicles and tractors. He will be remembered for his sharp wit and devotion to his family.

Carl is survived by his wife of 66 years, Patti; his three daughters: Vicki (Ernie) Contreras, Barb (Vern) Armstrong and Gayle Duke; six grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.  

Carl’s family was blessed to have him and to say he will be missed is an understatement. Per his wishes, no services will be held.
