Kingman Daily Miner, Kingman, AZ - Published on December 27, 2013 - Robin Gede Jenkins passed away on Friday, Dec. 20, 2013. She was born June 9, 1951 in Livermore, Calif. She was raised in Fresno, Calif., graduating from Bullard High School in 1969. Robin graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 1973. She was a member of Alpha Phi Sorority (Lambda), studied in Spain for a year and was a cheerleader at Cal. Robin led an accomplished life - successful real estate and banking career, pilot, master baker and artist. She loved adventure and traveling the world with husband David. Robin was active in the Kingman community, serving as president of Soroptomists International of Kingman and was a board member of the Kingman Chamber of Commerce. Robin was preceded in death by her parents, James Tilford Gede and Florence Wells Merritt Gede; and her beloved dog, CoCo. She is survived by husband, David Jenkins; daughter, Katherine (Chris); grandsons, Marcus and Noah; sisters, Susan (Michael) Taylor and Nancy Gede; brother and sister-in-laws Dale and Dorian Jenkins, Danna Jenkins; niece, Kathryn; and nephews, Mathew, Grant, Marc, and Ryan.
