William "Bill" W. Holmes, Age 71, a 10-year resident of Bullhead City, Ariz. passed away on Sunday, December 22, 2013 peacefully surrounded by his family. He was born on March 31, 1942 in Los Angeles, California.

Bill will be forever loved and cherished by his wife, Sandra Holmes; his daughter, Diana Whitt; daughter and son-in-law, Natalie and Tim Stephens; and his six loving grandchildren, Johnny, Justin, Nicholas, Colton, Jessica and McKenna.

Bill's family would like to extend thanks to all his friends he met over the many years of his life for bringing him such joy and happiness.

A celebration of life will be held in the near future.
