KOVACH, Joseph R.

Joseph R. Kovach, 71, who came here five weeks ago to live with a daughter, died Dec. 6, 1964, in Mesa Southside District Hospital. Born in Yugoslavia, Mr. Kovach was a member of the Croatian Federal Society. He came here from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he was a retired liquor salesman. His survivors include the daughter with whom he was residing, Mrs. Josephine Price, 1945 E. First Ave; and four other daughters, Mrs. Carolyn Radtke, of Tempe; Mrs. Helen Konke of Hamden, Connecticut; Mrs. Valarie Karsatos, Placentia, California, and Mrs. Betty Lehn, Minneapolis, Minnesota; a sister, Mrs. Gizla Pinter, of West Allis, Wisconsin; several sisters and brothers in Yugoslavia and Hungary; and 13 grandchildren. Friends may call at the Carr Mortuary, Tempe today. Services and cremation will be in Milwaukee. The AZ Republic Monday, Dec. 7, 1964.
