Payson -- Services for Jack Martin, 76, who died Thursday, Dec. 3, 1964, in Gila General Hospital, were held in the Elks Hall. Payson Elks Lodge 2154 officiated.  Burial in Payson Cemetery.  

Two brothers, David and W. H., survive.
