LICARI, Robert Eugene (Bob)

Lake Havasu Mortuary and Crematory - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Robert Eugene Licari, 80, passed away on December 19, 2013 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born on June 16, 1933 in Biwabik, MN. to John and Viola (Fondie) Licari. Bob married Barbara Sausman on May 31, 1963 in Biwabik, MN. He lived in Mandan, ND for 40 years before moving to Lake Havasu City. He loved hunting and fishing. Bob was hurt in an industrial accident, losing his right arm and several fingers. The accident did not stop him from doing what he loved and enjoying life. Following his accident, Bob obtained a specialist degree and became a special Ed director in Mandan for over 20 years. Following his retirement, he and Barbara spent every winter in Lake Havasu. He was devoted to his children and grandchildren, following all of their activities whenever he could. Bob will be missed by all who knew and love him. Bob is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Licari; children, Debbie Petrone, Patrick Licari, Craig Licari, Geno Licari and Roberta Werchau; brothers, Roger and Fr. Jonathan (Ronald) Licari; grandchildren, Paul, Brian and Curtis Licari, Stephanie Wandrash, Michael Munich, Melissa Licari, Jenni Munich, Trevor Werchau, Hannah Werchau and Morgan and Camryn Licari. He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Gina and two daughters in law, Nancy and Ellen. Memorial service will be held at Lake Havasu Mortuary Chapel on Saturday, January 11, 2014 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Michael Bryant officiating.
