MCMILLAN, Joseph Fredrick (Mac)

Joseph Fredrick McMillan (Mac to his friends), gave up his fight to join the Lord in Heaven on Tuesday, December 21, 2004. He was born in East Chicago Indiana to Louis and Grace McMillan on June 24, 1938. In the mid 1960's he moved to Arizona and has called it home since. A land surveyor by trade Joe has had many experiences in life to include his marriage, divorce and later a very close bond and special friendship with Dorothy who was with him during his last moments. He enjoyed the life long privilege to watch his children and stepchildren become adults who gave him the grandchildren that where the pride of his life. Joseph leaves behind, for now, his closest friends, 2 brothers and 3 sisters;Sharon in Texas, Virginia, Sandra & Hamilton in Indiana and Russell in California; children and stepchildren Russell, Juanita, Ruben & Ben and the 12 grandchildren that he loved so much; Seyenna, Arturo, Jasmine, Desiree, Breanna, Cassandra, Stephen, Victor, Ramon, Steven, Vanessa and Ruben. Joseph's decision to give his body for science in hopes that other smokers can benefit will delay his memorial, for now. For more information call or visit his family at his home.
