SCHULTZ, Gerald L.

Gerald L. Schultz, 75, of Mesa, AZ passed away on March 5, 2004. He was born April 14, 1928 in Shawano, Wisconsin. He worked in Rockford, Illinois for 36 years at Kelsey Hayes Gunite before moving to Mesa approximately 20 years ago. Gerald is preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Anna Schultz and brothers, Robert and William Schultz. He married his beloved wife Dorothy J. Uren of Gratiot, WI on Dec. 19, 1953 in Warren, IL. They had 2 children, son David Schultz of Mesa, AZ and daughter Nancy Hodges of Omaha, NE. He served in the United States Army for 4 years in Germany. He is survived by wife, Dorothy J. Schultz; son, David L. Schultz; daughter, Nancy A. Hodges; brothers, Richard (Marion) Schultz and H. Lee (Leah) Schultz, both of Rockford, IL; plus many nieces, nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews. Visitation Monday, March. 8, 2004 at Bunker's Garden Chapel, 33 N. Centennial Way, Mesa, AZ. Interment will take place in Rockford, IL. Published in the Arizona Republic on 3/7/2004.
