RAY, David Crockett

Mr. David Crockett Ray, age 78 of Heber Springs, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, February 18, 2004 at White County Medical Center in Searcy, AR. Born in Curry County, NM on May 12, 1925, he was the son of the late Marvin and Donnie Bell (Riley) Ray. Mr. Ray was a former resident of Phoenix, AZ and was a retired truck driver and a veteran of the United States Navy. He had lived in Heber Springs two years and had attended the First Assembly of God Church. Mr. Ray was preceded in death by both his parents, and two brothers and two sisters. Survivors include one son, Byrdy Ray of Laveen, AZ, three daughters Donna White, Rebecca Patchin, and Carol Anderson of Heber Springs, AR, ten grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
