O'LEARY, Eleanor (Nana)

Eleanor O'Leary "Nana", 86, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away March 2, 2004. 

She is survived by her son, Russell O'Leary; daughters, Barbara Peltier, and Marilyn Ciptak; 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. 

Graveside service on Thursday, March 11, 2004 at the National Memorial Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Make-A-Wish Foundation, 711 E. Northern Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85020. Funeral services entrusted to Shadow Mountain Mortuary.
