Vining Funeral Home, Safford, Arizona Leon W. Ungerman April 20, 1963 - January 5, 2014 Leon Ungerman, age 50, of Safford, entered into eternal life late Sunday evening, January 5, 2014, at the Mount Graham Regional Medical Center, with his wife Joann, by his side. Funeral services for Leon will be conducted Saturday, January 11, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., at the Solomonville L.D.S. Chapel by Bishop Eric Hancock of the Safford First Ward. Concluding services with military honors conferred will follow in the Hubbard Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday morning from 9:00 a.m. until 9:45 a.m., at the Solomonville L.D.S.
