CLARK, Miles

Services for the Rev. Miles Clark, 2406 S. 17th Pl, were held in Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church, 1417 E. Madison.  

Mr. Clark, 64, died Thursday, Dec. 3, 1964, in a Phoenix hospital.  

He was a semiretired Baptist minister who came here five years ago from California.  He preached in various Phoenix churches and was a member of Prince Hall Masonic Lodge in St. Joseph, Louisiana, where he was born.  

The Rev. H. Y. Stevenson officiated at services in Webbers Eastlake Mortuary.  Burial in Double Butte Cemetery.  

Mr. Clark is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Celia Lewis, St. Joseph; a son, Miles Clark, Jr., Phoenix; two brothers, Saul and Gable Clark, California; and two sisters, Celia Clark and Mrs. Mattie Gary, Louisiana.
